Experience the fascinating ”Chocolate Hills” and make an exciting mini-cruise.

DAY.1 We pick you up from the airport of Cebu. Cebu City is the capital of the Visayas Region and have a population over 700.000 people. From the hillside by night, the city gives a colorful sight because of its many lights. Cebu is bursting with culture and history. Also Cebu has many restaurants with an exquisite cuisine. Here is a place where you can enjoy yourself.

DAY. 2 After breakfast we make a city tour. Cebu City is an older city than Manila and has the harbor with the most activities in the country. The story goes that once the beaches were so bright and long that the visitors by boat had to wade through the water to come on land. This gave its original name Sugbo which means "walking over water". The Chinese, Cambodians and Arabs visited the place in the fifteenth century. The Spanish conqueror Ferdinand Magellan arrived here in the year 1521. In that year he planted a big wooden cross at the place where the first filipino's were baptized as Christians. Now this place become a big tourist attraction. On our city tour we visit this cross and also the old Santa Niño Church. We also visit the colorful Carbon Market and follow our way to the old Spanish Fort San Pedro. In Casa Gorordo we can see old pieces of art. Then we go to the idyllic Beverly Hills and its Chinese Taoist Temple. From the Tops Garden we enjoy a magnificent view over the city of Cebu.

DAY. 3 We travel on the fast "Supercat" to Bohol, the island with the mysterious Chocolate Hills. Geologist, are still not clear on how these nearly identical hills started to exist. From March until May these hills have a chocolate brown color.

DAY. 4  We visit the Corella and Tarsier Visitors Center. Here we can see the Tarsier, the with extinction threatened smallest primate (kind of little monkey). They started a breeding program here, to try to save this animal from extinction.

We visit the waterfalls and caves and visit the San Pedro Church from the 16th century. We make a mini cruise on the Loboc river. We take our lunch in the restaurant on the boat.

DAY. 5 By Supercat we travel back to Cebu City. In the evening we take the Super Ferry that bring us to Manila, a cruise of around 24 hours. It depends upon of which class you are to choose when you travel, there are standard cabin, captains cabin or owners cabin.

DAY. 6 We pass many beautiful small islands. Our economy and first class travelers, have meals provided in the restaurant. In the evening we arrive in Manila and stay for an over night there.
